This seascape was created using layers of cut glass, glass powders, frit, and stringers, which were then fused and properly annealed in a glass kiln.
Because of the layering, this piece has been processed in the kiln numerous times, which gives it depth and dimension, and draws the viewer into the scene. The two panels are mounted on a 12″ x 12″ brushed stainless steel backdrop, with a hidden welded cleat
